Pricing and Currency

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
Order Acceptance

We constantly update our offerings of products and services. Some items may be mispriced, inaccurately described, or unavailable, which may lead to order cancellation.
We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of product information, pricing, images, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time without prior notice.
If an order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded to the same credit/debit card. No cash refunds will be issued under any condition.
Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 7 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team.
Orders cannot be canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled delivery time unless confirmed by our team.
If cancellation is approved after payment, the refund will be processed as per the Refund Policy.
Return Policy

Items must be reported for return within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns will be accepted for:
Damaged products
Wrong items delivered
Expired or spoiled items (must be reported with photo proof)
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Once return is validated by our team, a replacement or refund will be arranged as per your request.
Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment.
Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 10 to 45 working days depending on the issuing bank.
No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
You will receive a refund confirmation email with a bank reference number for tracking.
